What cable color options are available?

We offer standard colors including White, Black, Purple, Orange, and Grey. Need something specific? Additional colors are available upon request — just let us know!

What’s the typical lead time?

We terminate all cables in-house and maintain inventory based on client trends. In most cases, orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days.

Where are the cables manufactured?

The CAT5e bulk cable is manufactured in Taiwan, and each cable is terminated and tested in our San Antonio, TX facility.

Where do you ship from, and how?

We ship from San Antonio, TX to all lower 48 U.S. states via UPS or freight. Shipping is included in our pricing, and every order is packed in heavy-duty, double-wall corrugated boxes to ensure your cables arrive safely.

How are cables tested before shipping?

Every single cable is:

• Terminated to T-568B standards

• Individually tested using a CAT5e cable tester

• Poly-bagged and labeled for easy deployment

• Added to inventory ready to ship

We take quality seriously — no shortcuts here!

Do you offer a warranty? What if something goes wrong?

Yes — we provide a 5-year limited warranty. Faulty cables or shortages are extremely rare, but if anything comes up, we typically just replace the cables on our dime. Our goal is to keep your project moving without the red tape.
